SD006 is 100% Tasmanian malted barley, triple distilled in a copper pot still and aged for 3 years.  

Crafted with care in the heart of Sorell, Tasmania, our Single malt whisky is a testament to patience, truly small-scale, family-run operation, producing precision, and passion. Schofield Distillery is a just a handful of casks annually. We use locally grown barley, which we mash, ferment, and distil entirely on-site. Each cask is selected through a local cooperage, ensuring exceptional quality and a deep connection to Tasmania. Our Single Cask Series was part of the vision from the very beginning, celebrating the unique character of each barrel, and the harmony that emerges when spirit and wood come together to create single cask whisky.
