At Schofield Distillery, we honour Tasmania’s natural abundance by crafting whiskies of rare distinction. Using the finest Tasmanian barley and the purest rainwater, each release is spirit-driven and produced in exceptionally limited quantities, created not for the many but for those who truly appreciate the craft.
Every stage of the journey, from mash to bottle, is meticulously carried out on site at our distillery, nestled just 3 kilometres south of Sorell. From this vantage point we look across to majestic Mount Wellington and the sparkling waterways, sharing our home with native wildlife and the occasional visit from a mischievous echidna
